One Account Per Person

Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account at Jaya9 Station. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts involved will be closed and any balances, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals, may be forfeited.

When registering your Jaya9 Station account, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Deposits and Payments

Jaya9 Station accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you personally. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be reversed and the associated Jaya9 Station account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

The standard welcome bonus at Jaya9 Station is a 100% match on your first deposit up to ৳5,000. This bonus is credited automatically upon qualifying deposit — no promo code is required. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount, which must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.

  • Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.
  • Bonus funds are used before real money funds when placing bets.

Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on Jaya9 Station use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that every outcome is completely random and independent of previous results. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — such as a disconnection, server error, or display error — the round in question will be voided and any stake placed will be returned to your account. Account Suspension and Closure

Jaya9 Station reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or any other conduct that Jaya9 Station deems harmful to the platform or its players.

You may close your own Jaya9 Station account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your verified payment method, provided all wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive. Jaya9 Station will notify you by email before applying any inactivity fee. The inactivity fee will not reduce your balance below zero.
